Pest Control for Offices & Retail, Gold Coast & Brisbane
Staff kitchens, stockrooms, rubbish areas and ceiling spaces are where offices and shops pick up cockroaches, ants and rodents. The work is straightforward. What matters is that it happens out of hours, is recorded properly, and nobody on the shop floor ever notices it.
What we look after
- Staff kitchens and break rooms — cockroaches and ants, handled with gel and liquid baits placed where they live, not sprayed across benches.
- Stockrooms and loading areas — rodent stations on a numbered, mapped register, serviced and recorded each visit.
- Ceilings, risers and service areas — where rodents and cockroaches move between tenancies unseen.
- Perimeter and entries — spiders, ants and wasps around doors, awnings and car parks.
After hours, on the record
Visits are booked before open or after close. Every visit produces a written service report issued to the person you nominate — office manager, store manager or centre management — with what was found, what was applied and where. Product documentation and our licence and insurance certificates are provided up front, so your WHS file is complete before we start.
Tenancies and centres
If you are one tenancy in a larger building, pests can come from next door or from common areas you don’t control. We will tell you plainly if that is the source, and we can work with centre or building management on the common areas so the problem is fixed rather than moved. Multi-unit residential buildings are covered on our strata and body corporate page.
What it costs
Office and retail programs are quoted on floor area, the number of kitchens and stockrooms, and visit frequency, and the price is fixed in writing before the first visit.
Frequently asked
Can the work be done outside business hours?
Yes, and for most offices and shops that is how we book it — before open or after close, so there is no disruption to staff or customers.
How often should an office be treated?
Most offices and shops run on a quarterly or six-monthly schedule, with callouts in between if something turns up. Higher-risk sites, such as those with food or large stockrooms, may need more often.
Do you provide documentation for our WHS records?
Yes. A service report every visit, Safety Data Sheets and APVMA registrations for products used, and our licence and insurance certificates.
We lease the space. Who pays?
That depends on your lease. We quote the tenant, the landlord or building management — whoever is responsible — and can split common-area and tenancy work if needed.
